The system will only send the code if both your email and new password are entered above.

Your password will be encrypted using the SHA512 system. That means that, after your new password is entered, we can't see what it is as it is encrypted in our database. When you log on, it is reencrypted using the same SHA system and if it matches, you are logged on.

This protects both you and our system from breaking your password. If someone does find a way to break into our system, they will not see your password.
